She also has a great attitude and I've had a great experience with Hays because of her. Would recommend working with them if you're looking for a recruiting agency in Vancouver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very unprofessional and unresponsive, a recruiter named Sarah Wolfe sending emails every month (since August 2020) regarding job opportunies but never replies back when I enquired about the position. She doesnt answer the phone calls too. I beleive Hays is just wasting time and spamming email accounts. I would have rate negative 5 if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a request to fill a position within our company and the recruiter assigned to us after 3 weeks provided us with only two underqualified candidates who they upsold on the candidate resumes. It wasn't until our inhouse interview did we learn that the candidate did NOT have the experience we required for the position. When brought to the attention of the recruiter he stuck by his word that the candidate we interviewed had the experience despite us having heard from the candidate that he in fact did not. We terminated our agreement with the recruiter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dealt with so many hiring agencies in past, and this was the most professional and pleasant experience.People need to understand that it takes time sometimes to find the right position and the good matching fit for the employer and the employee. For me it took couple of months before they had the right position for me. Hays absolutely handled the whole process with such ease. My recruiters Michelle and Sarah, found the time to find everything I was looking for. Prior to the first interview, Michelle found the time to call me over the weekend and to prep me for the first interview. I was updated shortly after the interview with the feed back. Any of my needs and concerns were addressed in a very relaxing yet in such professional and prompt matter. I would without the doubt go back to Hays and Michelle and Sarah, as I am on my way to a successful career thanks to them.

He was in constant touch with me at all times and kept me updated on the occurrences.
Had quite a few in depth discussions with him on the prospects and the specific requirements of the position.

I cannot explain with words how professional, dedicated and nice he is.
He made the whole process extremely smooth for me and was always there to answer my questions.
Within just a matter of 3 weeks, he sent my resume to 3 places which lead to 2 interviews and eventually 1 accepted offer.
