★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This park has more potential. The city could install a splash pad here, theres more then enough room. Also, they do not cut the grass here very often, sometimes we can't even play soccer!

The big plus is the shade from the mature trees. One of the only parks that has shade in the neighbourhood. Highly recommend.
