โ โ โ โ โ I can't say enough good things about Havelock Truck and Auto .... as a female travelling alone, I received very quick roadside service.... right before closing time.... and once my truck was towed to their location I was treated so well.... my safety and welfare was important to the owner... I could tell.... they even took interest in making sure my dogs had water and were looked after. They were honest and upfront about how long it may take to complete the job!! Thank you so much for all your help! I highly recommend!!! This is from a random traveller just passing through.... they didnt know me from Adam but treated me as if I was a neighbour!

โ โ โ โ โ We can't say enough about the great service we got at Paul Cardwells shop. On a hot Saturday afternoon in September 2019 we got a flat tire in Havelock while on our way home to New Brunswick for an important "no miss" medical appointment. Everything was closed but a girl working at a local gas station said to try Paul's shop as they sometimes worked on Saturdays. Sure enough he was there working on a company truck and graciously agreed to help us out. He found a really good used tire of the right size in his shop and went to work changing the tire out and checking the balance and air pressure all around. Great service and a God send for us.
I was expecting a hefty "after hours" repair bill but was pleasantly surprised to receive a very low cost bill for the new to us tire and repair. More than fair and we added a bit in for the friendliness and quality service.
We highly recommend Paul's shop.

โ โ โ โ โ We had a wheel bearing let go on our travel trailer while going through Havelock. We found Paul @ Havelock Truck & Auto using Google Maps. Paul instantly made getting us safely back on the road his priority. He was kind, efficient and incredibly fair. If we didn't live 4hrs away, I'd be going to him for all of my vehicle repairs. โ โ โ โ โ Knowledgeable, honest, kind! We were driving from Toronto to Ottawa and my car started to make a weird noise just outside of Havelock. It didnโt feel safe to continue the trip but luckily we were very close to this wonderful repair shop. The two gentlemen working here stopped what they were doing to help us. Turned out that a wheel was loose. They checked and tightened all of the wheels and we were on our way in no time. Thanks so much for the wonderful service!
