★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing experience. We used Ken for our personal tax returns upon the recommendation of a friend. He was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. He was a bit hard to get a hold of but we always just scheduled an appointment to see him. The CRA audited our tax returns and that is when everything went south. Multiple phone calls unanswered. His assistant was rude. I made appointments and he assured me he he would deal with the CRA...multiple follow ups, multiple letters from the CRA...no results. After almost 2 years in the audit process we receive a letter that we owe back over $8000.00. Ken promised to file an appeal but doesn't look like he ever did. We ended up hiring another accountant....fast forward another year of appeal process and dealing wit the CRA and we owe back about $3000. We are honest tax paying people who trusted ken to file our taxes properly and advise us properly. He seemed ok at first but when we needed him to follow up and explain to the CRA why did did certain things he dropped off the face of the planet. In the end we are the ones that end up paying for his mistakes and over 3 years of limbo. DO NOT USE HIM FOR ANY ACCOUNTING SERVICES. HE DOES NOT STAND BY HIS WORK AND WILL NOT PUT ANY EFFORT INTO COMMUNICATING WITH THE CRA.
