During our life, we had to buy and sale quite a few properties and had to deal with at least a dozen of realtors. He is very professional, knows the housing market and use the market very strategically to favor his customers. More recently he helped us buy a property – a major milestone for us as this is our first home. We started looking for a house in Sep 2020. In this competitive market (with multiple offers and bidding wars) it can really frustrating and challenging to get the right house while not paying an exorbitant price for it and it is very important to work with a realtor who knows the market and gets you the best deal in line with your expectations. Harry’s knowledge of the market is excellent. He guided us with honesty to help us make the right decisions. Harry, very patiently went with us for the showings (many times late in the evening based on our convenience), advised us on many aspects of buying a home including what to look out for. He always used to say that there are three levers you have to work with and most times you are able to satisfy two of these levers – location, size and budget. We had heard stories of realtors pushing customers to make a decision or increase the budget. At no point did Harry push us to make a decision or put in an offer that we were not comfortable with. All through, Harry spent a great deal of time with us listening and understanding our requirement and giving us the best options. We are thrilled to work with Harry and highly recommend him.
