★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible living. Never live here. Rude staff, disgusting laundry unit. Only one washer and dryer per building. Not a very open space, creeky decks, horrible carpets and paint, it is a money grab. Never ever move here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The maintenance and rules in the building have slowly slid downhill. No maintenance on the parking lot, no enforcement of parking violators, no more mail service, crime rates increasing etc. Management has been good and neighbours are friendly but not worth the amount of rent.

Abraham does a great job of keeping the site in order and very quick to assist with any needs I have. The place is very clean and quiet. Our unit was renovated before moving in and they had great offers for signing a one year lease.
Thanks to Sherry and Brad for keeping the place clean and well maintained, I've only come across them a couple of times and they're both very friendly and attentive to any needs I had.
Super easy to live her as they take care of everything, would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Midwest Harrow Court is one of the best apartments to make a home. I have been living here for many, many years, and I have never had a complaint. The manager, and the staff always go above and beyond for the tenants. They do their jobs with 100% dedication and are super friendly. They make everything welcoming from the decor to maintenance, and upkeep. I highly recommend this place. It's nice, quiet, and always well taken care of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After living here for roughly 2 years, we were able to purchase a house and are moving out.
In the past two years, we have had nothing but an excellent experience living here.
The original manager, Natasha was always very friendly and the same can be said about the current manager, Ibrihim.
The majority of the tenants are always friendly and make excellent neighbors.
Midwest as a whole has done nothing but impress us - they main the building well and offer very competitive rent and great incentives.
Would highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moved out of here end of February! Was living here for almost 2 years. XS management is great! Super kind people, when they took over from midwest it was day and night. With Midwest I had issues with the maintenance workers and landlord coming into my unit without my permission on multiple occasions, one time even while I was sleeping. So thank goodness they took over the building because dealing with Midwest was a nightmare!
For my last few months there the new company was great and seemed they cared a lot more about making it a comfortable home for everyone!
Only complaints would be about the buildings themselves, if you like quiet, do not live by the stairs, you'll never get a full night's sleep.
Otherwise great place to live and definitely recommend it!
