★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Harrison and received a timely quote for gutter cleaning. It was a month's wait which we understood. The day of our cleaning the Harrison truck pulled up to our driveway and then promptly drove away. There was no phone call/email or follow up in anyway, and needless to say there was no cleaning. So my husband, in his 60's had to go up and clean the gutters. Good communication is key to a good business and so is word of mouth. We are very disappointed in Harrison for their unprofessional business practices.

I appreciated the communication leading up to the job as well. He is a rare find. I will never go back to another window cleaning company. We already booked Harrison for next year's spring cleaning!
