★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware: the property manager Bhima tried to steal my money. I needed to cancel my booking and met all of their policy criteria for a 100% refund. Instead, Bhima kept 10% of my original payment and cited "credit card processing fees" as the reason why he could not refund the full amount. I called my credit card company who verified that such fees do not exist; clearly Bhima lied in order to keep the money for himself.
In all my years of travel and booking accommodations, this is the most unethical and unprofessional behavior that I have ever witnessed from any proprietor. Bhima ignored my calls and emails, and I was only able to recoup my missing refund by disputing the transaction through the credit card company. Sadly, I suspect many other guests have fallen prey to his deceit without even knowing it.
If you value your safety and sanity then I would strongly advise you NOT to do business with this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously crack shack of a place. Says there's a pool but there isn't. This guy was a slumlord for years then decided there was more money in lying about accommodations. Your car will probably be broken into while staying here. Do your self a favor and don't stay here......seriously
