Je n ai pas choisi Harnois propane, et je ne renouvellerais pas et je ne vous conseille pas du tout. Ils sont trop gros, alors trop indépendants et trés mauvais service, meme les employés de bureau ne t ecoute pas, ils parlent au dessus de vous pour ne pas vous ecouter, obligez de parler fort pour se faire écouter. What a bad service, I hate this company which does not keep its promises. I was so satisfied with my service with proCarbure, a customer for 15 years. I did not choose Harnois propane, and I would not renew and I do not recommend you at all. They are too big, so too independent and very bad service, even the office workers do not listen to you, they speak above you so as not to listen to you, force to speak loudly to be listened to.

Très satisfaisant étant donné qu'il restait moins de 10% de propane. C'est une grande amélioration vs Pro Carbur où le service était pourrit et je suis gentil en utilisant ce terme ! Je compte plus le nombre de fois où j'ai dû attendre 2-3 semaines avant de voir enfin le camion de propane venir faire le plein. C'est une très bonne chose pour tous les clients de Pro Carbur que cette compagnie a été acheté par Harnois dernièrement. Un bon service mérite un 5 étoiles et un bon commentaire. I called Friday at the end of the afternoon to fill the propane tank and everything was done on Monday! Very satisfactory given that less than 10% propane remained. This is a big improvement vs Pro Carbur where the service was rotten and I'm nice using that term! I can no longer count the number of times I had to wait 2-3 weeks before finally seeing the propane truck come to refuel. It's a very good thing for all Pro Carbur customers that this company has been bought by Harnois recently. Good service deserves a 5 star rating and a good review.

S	Sylvain Pesant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ex employés..aucune latitude...aller aider un collègue de travail l'hiver passé qui était enlisé.....contremaître me dit non si ça prend une remorqueuse on va lui envoyer une..toi fait ce que tu as a faire fait ta scedule ...je suis aller donner un coup de pouce quand même à mon collègue de travail......merci J'ai fait épargner 500.00 à la compagnie..et j'ai reçu beaucoup de trouble de la direction Ex employees ... no latitude ... go help a work colleague last winter who was bogged down ..... foreman tells me no if it takes a tow truck we will send him a .. you do what you have to do your scedule ... I'm going to give my work colleague a boost anyway ...... thank you I saved the company 500.00..and got a lot of management trouble

Aucune reconnaissance pour la fidélité (depuis 2006) lorsque j'ai demandé une livraison de 250$ + taxes (le L étant à plus de 1$). La réceptionniste me répond qu'Harnois n'avait pas le choix que d'effectuer un remplissage complet. Mais ce n'est pas le choix d'Harnois. C'est le choix du client! MON choix! Mis en attente sur la ligne. Harnois ne change pas d'avis. Je vais donc éliminer le peu de propane qui reste au réservoir (loué à 96$ par année et installé il y a 16 ans en 2006), puis à une date à venir, je vais les contacter pour le débranchement et obtenir un remboursement partiel pour le reste de la location dudit réservoir. Et ce n'est pas la première fois qu'on me fait ce coup! J'ai été conciliant, mais cette fois-ci, je suis intransigeant! Harnois devenu trop gros. Le client résidentiel compte peu. Aucune considération pour la fidélité au fil des ans. January 2022. Very bad attitude towards the customer. But this is not the choice of Harnois. It's the customer's choice! My choice! Queued on the line. Harnois does not change his mind. I will therefore eliminate the little propane that remains in the tank (rented at $96 per year and installed 16 years ago in 2006), then on a future date, I will contact them for the disconnection and obtain a partial refund for the remainder of the rental of said tank. And this isn't the first time I've had this done! I was conciliatory, but this time, I am intransigent! Harnois become too big. The residential customer counts for little. No consideration for loyalty over the years.
