★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting Racist behaviour by the staff, incredibly racist, condesending, rude and very unprofessional, they need to check there attitude pretty sure they dont like people of color. STAY AWAY !!!. very terrible service would reccomend just camping not worth the money. Advised my company not to book there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Out of my 15 years of living I have never ever heard story coming from an acquaintance that has been so horrible. Brian, Kathy both of your manger's have made me so ashamed and disappointed in my 15 years of living. "Go back to your country." stated Brian, he said this to a women who simply has an accent and nevertheless is a person of colour. Now let's talk about Kathy and her whistling, and refusing to talk to people of colour. I've never heard something so discriminating and horrible and I'm ashamed to have wanted to come and enjoy a trip with my family here as a person of colour myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This resort was absolutely horrible. The manager, Brian, was racist. The cabin had poor facilities. This kind of behaviour in 2021 is disgusting, I'm repulsed. I'm never coming back here again. I hope anyone who reads this review would find it useful and not waste your money there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brian and Cathy are the most unprofessional hosts I have ever met. They are disrespectful, impatient and arrogant. If you go to this resort don't be surprised if you get the worst service! Their toilets do not work properly the beds are broken and wobbly, there were no bedsheets and the resorts we not cleaned prior to use! VERY UNHYGENIC especially during covid, they did not follow any covid safety protocol, social distancing and wearing masks!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend went to this resort and was planning to stay for 2 nights with her family, they did not stay for two nights. One of the many reasons were how they were treated, the workers there treated them rudely and even the manager, Brian, telling her mother who has an accent to go back to there country. Another thing about the resort was the poor cabin qualities, the furniture was old and worn down. If you had a similar experience please press the thumbs up button so potential customers can see this and not waste there money here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spectacular Resort. wonderful hosts Brian and Kathy, 50 feet or less away from the water between upper paudash and paudash Lake perfect location, a walk to the marina for convenience store an ice cream cone, a drive up the street 5 minutes away to Cardiff store for beer, wine, groceries, breakfast, lunch, 20 minutes from Bancroft, perfect location for a cottage Resort on the water, we go back and forth from Toronto to there, takes us under 2 hours many times a season.
