★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very negligent experience with this ranch, there was a miscommunication about our booked time, my emails & phone calls were ignored both before and after the day of our ride. I had emailed & called the week leading up to our appointment with some questions, never heard back. When we arrived we were brushed off as we arrived early (said miscommunication) when I tried within the hour to call and confirm our ride time, I had tried before that morning as well, my calls were ignored. I had made several attempts to reschedule and was totally ignored, as were my phone calls. Very unimpressed with how Harding Heights handled this (or didn't, as the case may be.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was an amazing experience from start to finish. Communication was clear through phone and email. It is easy to find and once we met Irene and knowing she uses natural practices to keep her horses healthy and happy, I knew she was my kind of person and we would have a beautiful ride. The ride was amazing; the horses fabulous, Irene an excellent guide.
