Initially they couldn't find a problem but had several staff test drive it until somebody found what I was talking about. They helped me get a refund on faulty parts that had been installed by a competitor. Friendly and genuine, I can't recommend them enough.

He was professional, informative and showed a lot of pride in his business.
I have been to shops and spoken to in a very disrespectful way, assuming I knew nothing about the automotive world. Mike doesn't do that. He knows how to speak to his customers, and does so with confidence.
Highly recommended.
