They not only wash diapers but also a whole range of other items as well. Price is so affordable, you just know that they are a company that cares about their customers!! Definitely recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a happy happy customer for three years now. Brent and his team made cloth diapers so easy for us with simple pick up and delivery. The drivers even check to see if your are home if you forget to put out the diaper bag. And yes they do stop charging you after 2.5 years. So glad to have a company like Happy Nappy around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have used the Happy Nappy service in Edmonton for two of our little ones (for a total of three years). We absolutely love their service, friendliness, communication and flexibility. We highly recommend them to the newbie and experienced cloth diaper families. Diapers are stored in a heavy duty storage bag inside a pail (provided by HN) and collected once a week when your fresh diapers are delivered. If you have questions or concerns or need advice, the staff is very helpful and friendly.

Brent and his staff are responsive and provide a reliable service, for a price that’s very comparable to disposable diapers. It’s great to be able to eliminate all that plastic disposable diaper garbage without the chore of constantly washing cloth diapers :)

We live in a walk-up apartment and there have been no issues with buzzing us to deliver - now that our buzzers connect to our phones it is even easier. Thanks for everything Brent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service! The environmental impact of diapers was a big consideration for us, and a cloth diaper service was a great way to help lower baby's carbon footprint. The diapers are very user friendly and easy on baby's skin. The delivery is prompt, and Brent is great at responding to emails and requests. The whole system is really hassle free. Exactly what we wanted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I signed up for Happy Nappy and was excited to try the service. The owner was initially very accommodating and helpful. However, once the diapers were delivered, I was extremely disappointed. The diapers were very worn down and way too big for my newborn (I inquired into whether they would fit, he stated they would). As a result of this, I didn't use a single diaper.
I emailed asking when pick up was and didn't hear back. While I was waiting for a reply, I was charged another monthly fee for not having my diapers out. When I emailed him about this, he stated that it was much like a rental car and that it didn't matter if I used the product or not, I still had it. I told him I would personally come and deliver the unused diapers back to him that day and he said that was not an option.
I am extremely disappointed in this service and feel scammed by the company. I highly recommend that you avoid Happy Nappy diaper service.
