Their dispatcher is unable to use a calendar or take notes resulting in 1 no show and the other time a tech was sent a different day than what was scheduled so obviously no one was home. When someone showed up on the correct day, they did not have the propper parts despite specifically telling the dispatcher what was wrong, resulting in parts having to be custom ordered. Clearly no people skills is a requirement for their technicians also. Aside from that mabey offer to wear masks entering a person's home during a pandemic mabey? What a Joke

Just needed some minor service and I called Walter at Hanover doors next day the technician came out. Young looking fellow I was a bit concerned if he would know what he doing but he was amazing knowledgeable friendly and courteous. Fix the problem and no time at all. Good to have a company like that in Steinbach. Thank you guys
