L	Lianne M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the 4th house I have had them do work on. I have been completely happy with the quality, efficiency and prices for all the jobs they have done for me. These ranged from small jobs adding an outlet or two, to complete knob and tube in one house, to aluminum rewiring in another. They have been pleasant and honest in each and every instance. Update; Oct 9, 2020. Unfortunately after 20 years of being a customer, they are quoting a job more than double that of 3 other area Electrical Contractors. This is in addition to the more than $3k that I have already paid them for work done on this house. It is a small 1.5 storey on the central mountain and does not justify the costing. Originally quoted about $2k for the job while at my house, when rec'd written quote, the price had increased to $4.2k?! When I called to enquire the reason, I was told he 'had a change of heart'!? That it was going to be a lot of work. The quantity of work has not changed with the others that have quoted, and all are below the first price of $2k.

When we called them they had us try a few things first, to see if they could save us the trouble of a repair visit/bill! When that wasn't the case and we called back, Hank himself as able to be here within 20 minutes of that! As someone else noted, you can't even get pizza delivered that quickly. Hank is every bit as personable and professional as other reviewers have noted, and was able to get us up and running again in no time. Fantastic!

Communicated well, organize, friendly, got the work all done with no issues an on time. Cost was actually below what I was quoted on the phone. Thanks, let there be light :-)

Hank not only listened to our needs, he also understood our budget constraints and priced accordingly. Graham and Pat completed the work in the exact timeline that was expected, cleaning up at the end of every work day with smiles and pleasant conversation. From the initial on-site quote all the way until the job was complete, Hank made the entire process easy, professional and fast! The two electricians who completed the job (Matt and Tyler) were great at setting timelines, explaining install processes and keeping us up to date on the progress. The job was done quickly and cleanly while staying within the quoted budget. Overall I would highly recommend Hank's for any electrical work. Thanks guys!
