★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a hot stone deep tissue massage for my birthday. Confirmed and was looking forward to it and was told upon arrival to my appointment that my RMT could not do hot stone I would need to see another. Would have been nice be told that when booking. Settled for the deep tissue but was very pleased. Arveen did a great job with the deep tissue felt very relaxed. Great job overall, will return for my hot stone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over due pampering, wanted to go latest time in the evening, so came across this place, it was open until 12am!
If you are ever in a jam, need a place to get nails done, hair done, you name it, they do it. Quality of service may be questionable but the service is rendered! With a smile and great conversation. Plus a language lesson for free!
Met some wonderful ladies, with some exceptional stories, and had fun getting my nails done at 11:30pm!
The plaza this place is in, was lit up like a Christmas tree, there were lights and cars everywhere, definitely did not feel it was super late out!
The services were mediocre, pedicure had a simple rub instead of a in-depth massage, for the price I paid, it should have been more. But I’m not complaining! I got my pedicure when everything was closed for the day!
Definitely a go to for last minute emergencies! Manicure pedicure or shallac, or chipped nail needs repair…. Check it out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a spa which includes body massage, facial, pedicure and manicure....the lady did my manicure with full set biogel,tortured me while taking my old powder nails off...i told her to use acetone to remove that powder but she put her own nail underneath and ripped my every single nail off from my skin.....i was in pain for 2 days....never going back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to Hanh a few times pre-pandanemic and this was my 2nd visit since re-opening. The hot stone massage I had was good and relaxing. What surprised me was they didn't have me (or my friend for that matter) fill out any survey to get a sense of our medical/physical history or mention any particular areas of concern before the treatment. O found it very unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I have been going to this spa for years, and unfortunately will not be back. This spa has gone down hill, very quickly. Poor management, and staff are not treated well from what I see and have been told. They have been keeping lights off, clocks have no batteries in them, the entire spa needs to be painted - chipped walls etc., After a recent facial (in the basement), I mentioned to my service provider that I was cold - and she said that the heating pad was broken. She said that they have been trying to replace the heating pads, but Hahn (the owner has refused to spend money). I called Hahn to officially notify her of my complaint, and she seemed to be responsive and offered a free facial for the next time I came in, and also assured me that everything would be fixed. She said that she would add the voucher to my account. Upon visiting the spa again, and receiving a facial, I was told that nothing had been added to my account. I called Hahn again, and this time, she refused to add anything to my account, and insisted that none of their beds have heating pads on them, because they are a fire and safety hazard. I questioned why her story had changed, and she said she was going to call the Mayfield location to inquire and call me back. Needless to say, she never did call me back. Management is strictly money hungry. Sadly, after 11 + years of loyalty for my family and I, we have gone elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a spa but a nice-looking nail salon!!
Quality of the manicure was okay but not all the staff are professional. “Esthetician” complained about how busy she was and was late starting my appointment because she had to eat. Left me in the paraffin wax for over 20 minutes and forgot about me!! I had to remove it myself and left everything at the station. Not the cleanest “spa” so I’m sure the station wasn’t cleaned after I left. Tools were rinsed under water and put back in her pouch to use on the next client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my acrylic nails done with Vi at this salon, and they turned out incredible! The experience was very relaxing, and she was very professional and friendly. The amount of time and effort she put into my nails was an experience I never had. There are a lot of nail spots in brampton but this place clearly takes pride in their services. Plus, the salon is gorgeous! I am excited to have many other treatments done at this salon, and will always be going back to Vi from now on.
