I tried the miso soup (so good!!), black miso cod, and sushi & sashimi lunch combo, as well as the spicy tuna rolls. Everything was incredibly tasty, fresh, and prepared quickly, and the service was very friendly and attentive. Everything was very clean, the decor is impeccable, and the music and natural light made for a very nice ambiance. I can't wait to come back again soon!

The communication was lacking at all points. Only two stars because the sushi is genuinely excellent and they have said they're going to give us our money back. We're regular customers, but delivery is nearly an hour late. The young hostess on the phones is the last person on the planet I want to speak to because she will put you on hold for an exorbitant amount of time and is incompetent at her job. Asked for my name 3 different times, doesn't listen when you give her the phone number. No one knows where the food is. Our first phone call asking where it was they said it was "on its way" which it clearly wasn't. They keep saying "We're busy." It's unacceptable to accept a delivery order for a SPECIFIC time in advance then say "Come and get it yourself, we're still making it." 50 minutes AFTER the time it was supposed to arrive. When I arrived to pick up the food an hour and 15 minutes after it was supposed to arrive at my home, the manager was on the phone. I waited patiently, she finished her phone call, said "One sec." This was all fine. Then the phone rang again and she picked it up and walked away. The worst customer service experience I've had in a very long time. I'm disappointed to say we won't be back as their food truly is delicious.

I would only suggest that you label which items are gluten friendly. I'm glad I went up and asked for gf soy sauce as I was informed that many of the items which are usually gluten free at other sushi restaurants i frequent, were not gluten free.
W	Wes Rath on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're calling for take-out, be careful, as the sizes and prices they'll give you on the phone for menu items can be different than the menu they have posted on their own website. Their food is good, I don't dispute that, but their service in this regard sure leaves a bad taste in one's mouth. Somewhat deceptive if you ask me. I've been a customer for 10 plus years, but starting to think I may look for a different sushi place from now on - one that honors the pricing on their online menu. -- addition: after getting home with my sushi order, it wasn't even what the menu lists it as being - and it's something I've ordered countless times before. They changed the ingredients/contents of it without even mentioning anything when I ordered. So yeah, if you're calling for take-out, be aware you may not get what you ordered at all.

I very much enjoyed all my experiences dining here. I’d definitely recommend and return!! Keep up the good work

We also ordered the vegan roll - delicious. The yam (and avocado) roll. Yum! Hana was a standby for me and my husband while dating and now we eat there when visiting - it’s even better than I remember 10 years ago.
