He is very professional in his manner, listens well to my pain issues and is able to evaluate which areas to focus on during treatment. Hammish is able to find the right trigger points, apply the perfect amount of pressure to release the pain and to relax the muscles. He is excellent and I highly recommended his services.

Based on his wide knowledge, he treats also some other area that may be causing pain, and knows where to press to release the knots, and stringy tissues. Hamish explains the client's specific problem, and if needed, he suggests some stretches that will reinforce his treatment. He connects easily with the client. Hamish always checks with the client about the level of pressure so that he/she feels comfortable and relaxing. I highly recommend him as a deep tissue RMT.

I have had pain in both my legs for over a year, and I am finally seeing some results since I starting seeing him recently. . He clearly explains what he is doing and the benefits of stretching. He has also suggested a few exercises that are easily doable at home between appointments. If you are looking for a great RMT, I would highly recommend Hamish. He’s a miracle worker!
