K	Kathleen Dick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed with their bookings. To speak with a nurse, you need to call right at 9am they tell you. Guess what, your line rings busy till well after 9am, and when you finally get through, you are caller 30. Then 20 mins later you speak with someone to find out you cant get a phone call (not an in person visit) for a week and a half. They need more nurses on staff, especially for a group of doctors.
P	Paige C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clerical staff completely unprofessional and immediately confrontational when answering the phone. Medical staff will complete tasks for pts “when they get around to it” I believe. Never in my years working in healthcare have I ever seen such nonchalant uncaring behaviour towards their patients. Went to a walk in clinic for what I needed since I wanted it within a week and “when they get around to it” isn’t sufficient for a physician.
Q	Quinn Pollard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was a 0 I would put it. It's an absolutely terrible place. The phones are never working, you're left waiting for 30+ minutes when they DO work. Finally talked to my "doctor" about me tal health and having an autism test and she told me that I was "fine" when I had told her my depression was acting up. And I asked for help with disability or Ontario works because of my depression, and I needed income but my social anxiety and depression kept me from doing it some days. She told me she wouldn't help me unless I got medication because my support dog and multiple rounds of therapy wasn't enough. She said this right after I told her I had to give me support dog/ service. Dog away because I couldn't care for him financially. She cut all ties with the psychiatrist and said she wouldn't help unless I was on meds or "actually wanting help". It's absolutely pathetic. Don't go here for mental health. She knew all my issues from my last family doctors reports and how I've been admitted to the hospital because of mental health twice. It's disgusting how she still said that stuff. I've dealt with bad doctors before but this takes the cake.
B	Bill Laner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst place I ever had to deal with took over 4 days of calling trying to renew a prescription I have had for 15 years and then get attitude when I asked why it takes so long just to renew a prescription the receptionist kept saying call back tomorrow been on hold for 45min each day to get told to call back THE WORST PLACE TO DEAL WITH
L	Lucie Credger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff can be rude at times but Dr. Todd Greenspoon is an amazing dr. He actually listens to you and his diagnosis are dead on. He has been the best Dr I've ever had.
Y	Youknow Whoitis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cathryn (not sure it I spelt it right), she is one of the admins that take calls for DR. Yellin. She is absolutely amazing. Everytime I call and she answers the phone it is just a pleasure. Thank you for being so sweet and real, it is definitely appreciated.
V	V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this place no stars, I would. I have spent hours on wait times, only to either be disregarded completely or cut off by the receptionist while I am trying to speak. The staff at this establishment are incredibly rude, disorganized, and seem to have no sense of professionalism. Even when I have mentioned that my matter is urgent, I am constantly brushed off without a second thought. The only reason Dr. Pek is our family doctor is because our previous doctor retired, and since the transfer years ago, it has been just a terrible experience. The only decent person working at this office is Kris. Not to mention the nurse practitioners are INCREDIBLY judgemental. This is Terrible office, DO NOT go here.
M	Megan Penfold on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im a patient of Dr Pek who is a phenomenal physician. Her RN Kris is also amazing. I receive such great care from them both. The Nurse Practitioners who handle all of my children's wellness visits are great, especially Nurse Stacie. The wait times on the phone can be lengthy unless you call in the afternoon but online booking had made that easier. I still have to call for appointments for my children but its not a deal breaker for me.
