S	Shamiram Urmi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service . Unfortunately , i went to see Dr.Bassam but he was on vacation so that they suggested for me to see his assistant Dania . She did a horrible job she was in a hurry serving 2 patients plus me she used a temporary filling for my two teeth charged me 240 for both and was supposed to give me Antibiotics but she forget because of serving 3 of us and they did not tell me that i will be charged extra for the permanent filling and i did not know . To be honest there was no need for the temporary filling trying to convince me it might need a Root Canal filling and was left one month and two weeks with the temp filling???. I called 4 days before the appointment cause my friend told me i might be charged again for the permanent one ! Cause they did not tell me !!! My friend was right they said yes there is extra charges ? . There was no point at all for the temp filling ?? I cancelled with them and i am not going back there again . I will see different doctor better than Dr. Dania .i am upset and not happy with her service at all .

Dr. Dana Marcarian helped me more then once and on one of these occasions I had an emergency and not only did she take the time to check me out but she fixed my tooth on the spot! Not many Dentist go out of there way to stay later to help their patients. She does and for that I’m forever greatful! Everyone that works in this office are great people. So happy I found this dentist!
E	Erika Burns on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your receptionist was so unprofessional, rude and horrible to deal with. Someone please show her what customer service is. I struggle with alot of anxiety when going to the dentist. Fortunately the dentist is professional and made for a calming experience, however upon leaving the receptionist had a very unprofessional attitude and I would not wish this experience on anyone else. Maybe she could benefit from a little more training.

Dr. Bassam Petros is an amazing dentist and his team/staff reflects that....Very help, understanding and professional. Lucy and the other team members are always willing to go the extra mile and the hygienist is so sweet and does a splendid job.
