โ โ โ โ โ Don't give them your phone number if you can help it. Their receptionists (Sukh/Reeva) are aggressive beyond belief trying to pull customers back into their grasp. My girlfriend went once, had a horrible experience and now over a year later still receives constant calls even after asking them to stop contacting. I cancelled my original appointment, and she has now reached out even to me after all this time in an almost aggressive way.

โ โ โ โ โ Very empathetic and awesome doctors! I was suffering from real bad dry socket and nerve injury. The senior dentist handled my pain with the utmost care and treated it pretty quick. The doctors here are really nice. Highly recommend the place!

โ โ โ โ โ A tooth broke so I needed to find a dentist willing to take me in right away. Halo did just that. During this appointment they went over everything that my teeth needed on an immediate basis and what I should keep in mind for future prevention & upkeep. They were very thorough, and giving me options for the work that needs to be done. They have called when openings came up so I could get in earlier for my continued appointments, so they are very accommodating.
I am very impressed with Halo. They are informative, professional, accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend them!

โ โ โ โ โ I hate going to the dentist but the staff at Halo were excellent! I was especially pleased with Fariba who did my deep cleaning. She was very kind and gentle. She explained everything to set me at ease.

โ โ โ โ โ Halo dental is highly recommended. Dr Henson is a very good Dr heโs friendly with a big smile and likes to show you his work in a mirror so you are aware of what he is doing.The Manager is awesome and the staff very polite and friendly.I do recommend Hello dental ?

โ โ โ โ โ Good BUT Clueless Clinic about how dental clinics work in Canada. And so they lose a lot of customers including me. (I write this review to help them).
Their biggest problem is that they refuse to tell you ahead of your visit about your coverage's details - what is covered and how much; and they don't plan their dental work to make best use of your insurance coverage or money, to benefit you the most. They want you to go there and deal with these things after that you sat in the dentist's chair.
In this way they scare away their clients, even before we get to go to their clinic. People Unfortunately Think That Such People Are Either Trying to Trick Us or Are Totally Unaware.
All They Need Is Experienced Secretaries To Teach Them How To Get Much More Information About People's Coverage Before They Make Appointments; - & also Their Thoughtful Dentists to Think How They Can Use The Client's Coverage & Money To Serve Him The Best, So That The Client's Money Is Not Wasted!
I will use their services again if I see they've corrected these issues.

I am someone who really dislikes going to the dentist, but the staff are here are all very friendly and excellent at their jobs, and they will help you get the most out of your insurance. The facility is also very clean. We are very pleased.
