They are very reasonable n get the job done fast n very efficient. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pulling a trailer to go camping, we found ourselves limping into Barrhead because our GMC SUV started misfiring. James, the owner of Haitel's Garage came out to our vehicle, computer in hand and spent 30 minutes analyzing the problem and chatting with us. After eliminating multiple possibilities, he indicated it likely was a fuel injection problem. Although James was not able to fix the problem [scheduling a big job and ordering parts] , he assured us we could make it back to our home in Edmonton. We did get back home, slowly but safely and took it to our mechanic. Sure enough the owner of Haitel's was right! The time James spent with us was at the expense of time with his family who expected him home - but he did not abandon us. James really personifies all that is best in small towns like Barrhead! Thank you so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Journeymen Automotive Technicians at your service. I got new rear brake rotors and pads put on this visit, and as a bonus, the tech pointed out a different issue as soon as he pulled up onto the lift. It turns out that the rear bushings were shot on the front lower control arms. I knew there had to be something causing that clanging I've been hearing for many a moon. Additionaly why the car tends to move more than it should after letting off the brakes and into park, or when torquing the wheels. I am sure glad to finally know what the issue is. Thanks Haitel's Garage for such good service:)
