N	Nadia Robitaille on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quelques mots pour souligner la méthode de travail de cette entreprise qui à mon avis procède de manière illégale quand il font face à une cession de bail, il vous demande 350$ de frais, je n'ai jamais vu aucune entreprise de location appliquer de tel frais. Nul part sur le bail ni même en annexe il est stipulé que de tel frais s'applique si on cède le bail. Future locataire soyez avisé, leurs méthode de travail me semble très malhonnête, informez vous avant de signer un bail avec eux protégez vous et faites leur signer un document à cet effet. Bonne chance! A few words to underline the working method of this company which in my opinion proceeds illegally when faced with an assignment of lease, it asks you $ 350 in fees, I have never seen any rental company apply such fresh. Nowhere on the lease or even in the appendix it is stipulated that such costs apply if the lease is transferred. Future tenant be advised, their working method seems very dishonest to me, inform yourself before signing a lease with them protect yourself and have them sign a document to this effect. Good luck!

Aussi, le service à la clientèle ont toujours fini par me répondre normalement dans leur délai de 1 à 4 semaines, dependament de l'urgence, si jamais c'est plus long, il faut relancer et les employées sont très gentilles. J'ai été très stressée dès qu'il y a eu un petit problème à cause de leur mauvaise réputation , mais pour l'instant je suis satisfaite et contente de mon logement. J'aurais aimé que l'insonorisation au niveau des bruits dimpacts aurait été meilleure du à mon voisin qui échappe, lance des objets, et ne fait pas attention à ce qu'il dépose ou cogne contre le mur. Par contre, je n'entends aucun bruit ambiant et ça c'est une grosse différence contrairement à des appartements en carton! Les nouveaux logements sont garantis 5 ans et on m'a prouvé que les problèmes sont arrangés. I am very satisfied with the employee Daniel who fixed my cracks and did a great job! He went above and beyond my expectations and was very kind. Also, customer service has always ended up responding to me normally within their 1 to 4 week deadline, depending on the urgency, if it's longer, you have to follow up and the employees are very nice. I was very stressed as soon as there was a small problem because of their bad reputation, but for the moment I am satisfied and happy with my accommodation. I would have liked that the soundproofing at the level of impact noise would have been better due to my neighbor who escapes, throws objects, and does not pay attention to what he deposits or knocks against the wall. On the other hand, I don't hear any ambient noise and that's a big difference, unlike cardboard apartments! New homes come with a 5 year warranty and I have been proven to fix the issues.

I thank Eric and His wife for the amazing upkeep of this building. We hope to be living here for many more years to come. Honestly I have not seen a building before with so many apartments being kept so clean and orderly. A big thank you to the maintenance crew and administration for the upkeep of this residence.
