★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Company seems to build some nice homes. I can't comment on the quality as we did not buy from them. Currently the homes are very expensive in this area, like most of the island and surrounding areas. Sales support is questionable. Follow ups are not that great, email response are non existent hence the reason of my 3 star rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you buy a house, and these guys tell you they will make repairs covered in warranty at the end of the first year, DON'T believe them. Get them fixed right away.
My end of the first year service never happened and some things on the exterior are still unfinished.
After-sales Service is TERRIBLE. Service staff doesn't respond to emails unless you CC receptionist.
