★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service très mauvais, coûts très élevés pour la qualité du travail et de plus ils font de la vente sous pression (assez agressive) pour garder leur clientèle. Bref, n'y allez pas.

Service à la clientèle atroce.
Ils ont fais énormément d’erreur sur la déclaration de mon défunt père.
Nous somme passé d’une facturb de 1300$ à un remboursement de 1000$
Si seulement il y avait l’option 0 étoile ...
Ouff! NEVER go to this place for your taxes.
Terrible customer service.
They made a lot of mistakes about my late father's statement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malheureusement, l’option zéro étoile n’existe pas. Service et expérience client à zéro. Cela fait des mois que nous tentons d’obtenir la ligne pour parler a un représentant avc qui nous avions fait affaire au départ. Lorsque nous nous tannons, nous avons communiquer avec la reception et soudainement il va nous contacter. Par contre, malgré la gentillesse de cette réceptionniste, aucun retour d’appel n’est fait. Nous avons dût demander de récupérer nos papiers afin de procédé a un autre endroit. Manque de professionnalisme remarquable. À ce jour, nous n’avons jamais re-eu d’appel de ce représentant pour discuter de notre dossier. Je déconseille fortement.
Unfortunately, the zero star option does not exist. Zero customer service and experience. We have been trying to get the line for months now to speak to a representative with whom we originally dealt. When we get tired, we communicate with the reception and suddenly he will contact us. However, despite the friendliness of this receptionist, no return calls are made. We had to ask to collect our papers in order to proceed to another place. Lack of remarkable professionalism. To date, we have never received a call from this representative to discuss our matter. I strongly advise against.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvaise expérience. Ils ne respect pas leurs promotions. Ma conjointe leur à écrit un courriel pour leur faire part de notre mécontentement mais nous n'avons reçu aucune réponse. Nous croyons être un cas isolé, mais à voir les commentaires des autres clients, nous ne sommes pas les seuls...
À éviter !
Very bad experience. They don't respect their promotions. My wife wrote to them to let them know that we were unhappy, but we received no response. We believe to be an isolated case, but to see the comments of the other customers, we are not the only ones ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to get your taxes done. Very small, just 2 cubicles, but they get the job done. Only open one day a week during off season. Usually takes about 10 days during tax season, or a week in off season to get your taxes done.
