One of the managers Jonathan did my taxes this year (2018) and made a huge mistake put my brothers taxes under my name and submitted them ! I will not be receiving my return for 6 months now 5 months longer than I should be because of their mistake and I was told when I was there that I could still expect it in one month even considering the mistake that was made. I just talked to another manager that works there and he has confirmed that adjustment will be around 6 months and that no one would have told me it would be one month “they know better” I explained to him that the other manager Jonathan was the one who said it and he still tried to assure me “they wouldn’t say that” so appearantly I’m making it up. Not impressed especially since last year I was told by this same guy (one of the managers) I didn’t need to bring my tools receipts in because “it wouldn’t make a difference on my return” I just did an adjustment for that year (tax year 2017) and it was the difference from owing $200 to getting $600 I’m not one to put people down for making a mistake but this is unreal.

He advised her that she should be receiving the disability tax credit and when we sent in for a re-assessment she received four years back pay for $8000. She was very happy :) We have always received friendly, efficient service from this H&R Block location.

The man who answered was extremely rude when I asked if I had reached HR block as he answered the phone with no such greeting. He was very annoyed by my question, I hung up and phoned liberty tax instead who was much more friendly and happy to have my business :)
