★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my taxes done at H & R block for 2020. I dropped off my forms and when I went to pick up my return I found out they had lost all of my T4s. As far as I know they were never able to locate them. This year I was in contact with CRA and found out that I got a much larger return than H & R block had calculated but failed to notify me of my additional return. If I had not been on the phone with CRA I never would have known that H&R block was in posession of my money. Now they are taking over a month to send this check I am owed. I will never recommend anyone use this buisiness. I feel completely scammed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch just called my spouse saying they completed her 2021 taxes for her and she needs to come in with her records to finalize it. She has not used them in years, i did her last 2 years. They're going through old customers files to see who hasn't done taxes and forcing them to do it. That's illegal they have no right to access peoples files without consent. Now we're scared and may seek police. How would they know her rrsp, children, marriage status now?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been getting my taxes done at H and R block for quite a few years now . It has always been a fairly good experience . This year though was above and beyond , very fast and friendly service . I am not sure if there is different management or if the team just works good together but right from the front desk to Helen who prepared my tax return the service was amazing .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in and got my taxes done was very happy with Rick B. Front desk was having trouble getting my payment completed at first. I think she was a supervisor came from back helped them fix the system and helped me get on my way. Extremely happy with the way everything was handled. Will be recommending to friends and going back next year.
