★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped off taxes, didn't get to sit down with someone and was told they will contact me in one to two days with my return.... any other location you are done within an hour.... super unimpressed

We cane January 20th to file income tax but they said they cant send the file until last week of February and from there it will take 2 weeks before we get our refund which is weird for me coz normally when u file u can send it right away and then u will get it sooner when u file earlier since not a lot of people are filing yet. If its me i would have file mine myself but my husband wants to always use h&r block just incase there is problem he doesnt want to deal with revenue canada. I mean i dnt work and he only have 1 t4 so its cnt be that complicated to file it ourselves and not make a mistake but whatever thats what he wants so we did it his way but it sucks that even though we did it early it seems like our papers will be sent the same time as everyone else did.
