★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is terrible half the time they don’t know what’s going on if I paid someone els to do id probably get more of a refund back and not a headache of them getting a decent percent on my refund been going for 5 years now this is my last time I shouldn’t owe money on my taxes at the end of the year, and no call backs thanks I came in on feb 22 4 dam weeks later and it’s done a call would of helped

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I understand it is tax season but when you tell a client we have to call the cra and the next day comes and you Haven't bothered to call at all and they close at 5 and you have had our taxes for 2 days wow you are very slow and can see why you have a 2.5 rating. Will not go back to h&r block ever again at least not the one in fort st John

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love how easy it is to get your taxes done. I drop off my information at the front counter and the same person does it each year. She calls me when it's done and in days my return is in my account. So quick and easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (FORT ST. JOHN BC location) Sheena is fantastic!! She was great last year, we used her again this year and we will be using her next year. She is efficient, quick, personable and dependable.
Also the receptionist (wish I got her name) was super polite, outgoing and easy to talk to, great service all around.
