Information required by Revenue Canada was collected and submitted in no time. As someone who has never used H&R Block before, I will definitely be filing my taxes with them going forward after the exceptional service my family member received. Thank you!

S	Steven Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting over 3.5 weeks for my tax papers to make it onto someone's desk. I guess new customers aren't valued here. Had to call multiple times to get an update on them/remind them to do them. I'm taking my taxes elsewhere because I want them done this year!

Then they said a maximum of 10 days before we get them back. Alright fine it's covid I get it. I called inquiring about our taxes after 14 days. Girl on the phone said oh they're not started yet, they generally take about 2 weeks. I said it's been 2 weeks. Her response.. Oh you should hear back in a few days. Today now 3.5 weeks since we handed them in, we had to call in again, to be told they lost our information???? Ya. Not ever using H&R block again. Total lack of organization and professionalism. If I could give zero stars I would.
