★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 stars, I would! Worst customer service experience I have ever had! First time and definitely the last time I will ever walk into an H and R Block again! Went out of my way during a pandemic with a baby to meet and discuss my income tax at our local H and R. I was expecting to speak with someone and sit down with them to answer and ask questions while my taxes were being completed, hence why I went in. Instead I was met with a lady who made my family wait to see her while she was outside, then took my papers and ran into her office. We began to ask questions which she responded behind a closed door in another room, came out quick chat about some questions and then ok see you in 30 min. We come back and agin she is refusing to answer our questions about our returns and charged us over $300! For what?! When someone comes in to the office we are there to ask questions and sit with you! Not pay $300 on top of what is owed to taxes for someone to disrespect, and ignore us. $300 for us to drop off some papers to you! I am so angered by my experience! You have lost us and our entire family from ever using your services again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shana and Patty (I believe it's Patty, from the front desk) were extremely kind, efficient, and helpful. We had no choice but to bring our busy toddler with us and they were very supportive and understanding. Shana got our taxes done in such a timely manner and we were both very happy with our returns. Will definitely be returning. Had a great experience and would definitely recommend. This service reminded me why I love small towns!!
