★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comments: I find the service is very good, the staff exceptional. The cost is higher than what i was expecting to see that my returns are very simple. I also did not like this request for the survey all in French? I am not able to read and understand properly. I used Google to translate it but are there things that are not always clear? H & R Block should at least give the option to choose your language?

My mom and I brought our papers in in March and find out now, over a month later, that they don’t want to do our file and they tell us that papers are missing when everything is there and they couldn’t be bothered to pick up the phone to tell us that one file we had sent in by email couldn’t be opened. Very unprofessional! Do not go there unless you want to be treated horribly and given a bunch of attitude. I would give zero stars if I could. The one in Kirkland is much more professional and their service is WAY better!
