★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is so unorganized, has horrible customer service. Took more 2 different day and 5 hours to finally have my taxes complete. Danielle seemed to not have a clue about anything.. Took them almost a hour just to print my chq. She wouldn't even show the computer screen to me so I could see what she was inputting on MY taxes. Very, very UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I will do my own taxes before I go back to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unclear on pricing, bad service, charge exorbitant amounts of money for basically no work. Per year 118$ for tax preparations (stapling, using there systems, having someone check over the work which I don’t even know if they do...) They make you deal with a bunch of people making you feel jerked around. They also don’t seem to know what they are doing, I had to return because the CRA was calling me and they didn’t send documents. Very unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in the first time in a long time! Never dealt with the one here in Campbell River, till now; like any business! They're following the procedure of The Pandemic! Face coverage, didn't see a sanitizer station? But still had to be 2 metres apart! But with The Pandemic, they're asking people to drop off their paperwork (T4's, RRSP Receipt) etc! And could take about a week to do your taxes! Also if you were on CERB, CRB, CRSB, etc! You can't apply for cashback services! But I recommend you check to see when they E-FILE your paperwork! Took them a few extra days to get mine sent off! Now waiting for Tax Assessment, to come through so I can print off; and find out why I'm getting something different from what they told me in my paperwork!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought paper there, they took them. Very few words exchanged. Taxes went through. Re assest. Owe money. Like everytime I bring them to an H&R block.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my daughter to get her taxes done. Very basic claim as she is only 16 years old. They charged her an ridiculous fee of $120.00 to process it. They called it the basic service fee. Not impressed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried calling to get information. They couldn’t hear me because it was so noisy in the building. I explained what I needed and kept getting a “I can’t hear you. What do you want.” I repeated again. “I don’t know what your asking. I can’t hear you. There’s like 20 people here right now.” I ended up hanging up. Annoying because the info I need is time sensitive and I don’t live locally anymore to walk in and get it. Very frustrating.
