★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought items on sale that were final sale. I picked dresses my size 36 and even larger (my size is usually 32-34). YES I AGREE the price was good but the dresses are sewn with awkward pattern (above bust where dress connects to shoulders/arms) stretches and too small that you cannot even raise your arms. I went for exchange BUT no they did not accept. It is the same issue with my friend
's purchases too. Too disappointed with H and M. would not recommend to anyone. This was the location in Laurier Québec, 2700 Boulevard Laurier, Québec City, QC G1V 4K5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean, recently renovated (2018). Huge section for women. Men and kids sections okayish as expected. They often have pretty good "end of season" sales so I usually wait for them. Theres so many bright lights and mirrors that it gives me a headache after a while. That in conjuction with the weird layout makes it hard to navigate and locate the exits but thats probably just me.

Three years ago, it was always fun shopping there.
