They marked up really high and do it really bad jobs. My dad bought his own screens for repair. They charge him full new screen price. After he bought back the screen., I notice the springs and corner of the screen r broken. And the owner there is very rude. Will never recommend friends to go there. 態度差，收得貴，拿回來之後還發現有紗窗的彈簧和角是壞的。而且老闆態度很差。以後都不會去也不會建議朋友去。

This company is terrible. Product is garbage. Customer service is nonexistent. Do not use this company.

Absolutely horrible experience and that was just on the phone! I called to get pricing for one window screen and when I asked for some direction on to confirm the measurements and pricing they guy hung up on me. I tried to call back thinking ‘maybe we got disconnected’ but he didn’t answer and the voicemail isn’t setup. If this is how they handle new business leads/calls/potential new customers I would say DO NOT USE this company and if you do, buyer beware!

We live in a newly built condo. Our strata agent referred H&J Blinds MFG LTD for the installation of screen doors and screen windows. Everyone in our unit received the email about it and the email listed the prices for window screens and sliding screen doors. We assumed H&J would be a decent company since our strata agent referred them. When Henry arrived to our unit for measurements, he measured all our windows and the one door that leads to the balcony. He was not friendly and did not seem to care about customer service. He gave us the invoice and then came back another day for installation. On the day of the installation I was reviewing the invoice and realized that the price for the screen door was much higher than what was listed in the email from our strata agent. When we asked Henry about the price difference, he said the price is for the screen door. After the door was installed, I reviewed the email from our Strata Agent and the email only listed prices for screen sliding doors. When Henry gave us our invoice when he came for measurements, he quoted us a screen door and not a screen sliding door. It made me very upset because Henry had not even mentioned about the options for screen door vs screen sliding door. He only quoted us the more expensive option, which was $100 more! And so I thought that was the only option for the door. As time passed, I let go of the frustration since I felt that I should have asked more questions before he installed the door. I decided to give Henry another try and I emailed him to ask about installing screen windows, which we had originally opted out. We had opt-out the windows because his original invoice was much higher than we had expected. Henry emails back to say that the "free labour promotion" is over. And it would cost another $60 for measurement/installation plus the price for each window. When I saw that email, I exploded because the original email from our strata agent NEVER mentioned a free labour promotion. And obviously Henry NEVER mentioned it to us when he came to measure and install our screen door. I emailed Henry right back and told about how negative this experience has been and of course he has not emailed back. To get this things straight, I am a first time home buyer. I don't actually know the cost for screen windows and doors. And I understand that you should be paying an additional cost for the measurement/installation. I felt like Henry ripped us off. He never had the intention to tell us about the cheaper screen sliding door option because he wanted to make more money from us. And it seems he made up about a free labour promotion because he should have mentioned it to us when we told him we didnt want the screen windows. If I knew about there was a promotion, I would have also got the windows done at the same time as the door. I never write reviews, but I felt like I had to warn other people.

Really happy with our screens. We live in an older home & changing all windows was not an option for us at the moment so these screens are a life saver. They measured our windows & installed within a week. The pricing is ready affordable too. I would definitely recommend.
