Une place très inclusive, pour tous les âges et tous les niveaux où vous serez confortable. Comme dit l'expression: l'essayer c'est l'adopter! Excellent place to train. The coaches share their knowledge well and the athletes are friendly. A very inclusive place, for all ages and all levels where you will be comfortable. As the expression says: to try it is to adopt it!

C'est ceux-ci qui enseigne et assure que vous garderez les bons mouvement pour éviter les blessures. Au Crossfit 132 c'est tout simplement les meilleurs. Peu importe votre niveau ils vous encadreront et prendront soins de vous. Ambiance agréable et surtout amicale. Très bon équipement. Je suis très satisfait. To score a Crossfit center, you have to evaluate the coaches. It is these that teach and ensure that you will keep the correct movements to avoid injury. At Crossfit 132 they are simply the best. No matter your level, they will supervise you and take care of you. Pleasant and above all friendly atmosphere. Very good equipment. I am very satisfied.

S'entraîner et s'amuser en même temps, c'est possible et ça aide à rester motivé! Merci la gang! :) L'Escouade gym isn't just about Crossfit and Bootcamps, it's also such an incredible big family! Prennent en considération nos limites et blessures et proposent des mouvements adaptés! Le gym est géré de main de maître. En ces temps de Covid, les propriétaires sont à l'écoute des besoins de leurs membres et font preuve de créativité afin de continuer à les faire bouger! Ultra qualified, welcoming and friendly staff! Ability to develop the potential of all. Take into account our limitations and injuries and propose adapted movements! The gym is masterfully managed. In these times of Covid, owners are listening to the needs of their members and being creative in order to keep them moving!

Alors que d’autres gym ont prêté du matériel gratuitement à leur clients. Malheureusement ils ont profité de leurs clients. Friendly staff! But the direction too much greedy! During the closing of the gym, I rented a bench, a bar and weights, $400! While other gyms have lent equipment for free to their customers. Unfortunately they took advantage of their customers.

Called the L'Escouade and spoke to Alex, who was very kind in offering me a 5-class pack deal. Enjoyed the classes, coaches and the friendly environment. Coaches were kind in explaining the workout routine to me in English as I don't speak French. Had a great time!. Highly recommended!
