★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Products are good however the sellers are unbelievably rude. The elder woman working was racist towards me and seemed to be irritated from the moment I walked in. I had accidentally dropped a tiny item and she ran to me aggressively demanding me to pay for it because she claimed I "damaged" the item. Don't get me wrong, I had no problem paying for the item if I really damaged it however, this lady clearly wanted to get rid of this item and was also aggressive and rude to me when I wasn't even arguing with her. She was sitting around lazy, unwelcoming, and carefree the entire time when I was in the store but decided to run and create an issue over the smallest thing as soon as she got the chance. There was no need to treat me like a criminal as I've come to shop at this place multiple times. These employees are unhelpful and also unknowledgeable over their own products. Before writing this review, I took the time to read previous poor reviews to see if anyone else experienced the same issue as me and I cannot believe how this store pathetically replied to those reviews as if they weren't responsible. I will never shop here again and would suggest others go find a more welcoming environment when purchasing devotional items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ -1 STAR ! Extreme HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went back because 3/50 garlands I bought the previous day had come loose. They didn't want to do anything about it. Lady in the front had no intention of trying to help or resolve the issue. They are overpriced as well. GO NEXT DOOR TO D PAULS instead they have amazing decor for great prices and good customer service too !

They answer all your queries patiently and the lady at the counter even suggested me some tips on the item I had bought. Very likely to visit this store for future purchases.
