★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's close to the Nullarbor and under some shade trees and grass for the dog. Hey what's not to like other than the sad case who occupied the site ahead of us and kindly left about a shopping bag of trash and cigarette butts. Which look to me what I imagine an abortion looks like to him. Litering is So twentieth century. If I turn back the hands of time to when this camp was young, it must have been a sweet little pull out. It seems I'm not the only one who looses interest in my projects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place to stop for the night during a roadtrip. Easy to find just off highway 1, yet it was very quiet at night. Incredibly clean and well kept bathrooms, and the campground owner was very kind, replied to emails quickly, and clearly cared about the condition of the area. Would definitely stay again on another roadtrip!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great for our needs - a place to stop as we cross the country! Easy self service check in. Washrooms were immaculate. I even lifted the rubber mat trying to find a lost earring and was not grossed out at all. Great to have a dump option at exit. Easy pull through serviced sites (although picnic tables can be awkwardly strewn in the middle, blocking). One loop, all middle sites are pull through and the side sites seem to be small and more for tenting. Wifi strong and even reset quickly after a storm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommended for short overnight stay. Very nice town, showers, flush toilets, free wood, low price. Several others were coming, so you fell like a real vacation spot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nice, quiet campground operated by the friendly and hospitable Gull Lake community residents. It has a small playground, electric and non-electric sites, FREE firewood and the washroom & showers are VERY clean! The prices are VERY affordable for an overnight stay. It’s cheaper than staying a night at a Provincial Park in Ontario.
We stayed at this campground on our way to BC and returned on our way back home to Ontario. I will DEFINITELY be coming back the next time I’m heading out west!
* Note: It’s a short distance (5min or less from what I recall) from the highway.
