★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No smoking signs plastered everywhere, yet no one seems to be interested in enforcing them. Even bus drivers can be seen lounging around on the benches, lighting up and glowering at riders.
The unwashed, unchanged public garbages bring in swarms of wasps and hornets, too. Commuting in the summer is a nightmare as a result, especially when you add the fact that there's no real shade anywhere either.
Just a terrible place to have to be, and no one at the City seems interested in improving things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a bus terminal. No bathrooms anywhere near it, the signs are confusing (4 York Road is on the 21st platform) and they kicked out the hot dog vendor. Plus it's too far away from the rest of downtown.
