From my very first interaction until the last I was treated with such compassion and kindness. We chose the Home Euthanization service and were blessed with two angels that came to our home and made the experience as loving and as peaceful as it could be. When they returned Tiger to us they had put him in a beautiful scatter box with a cute bag and heart shaped name tag and certificate … every details was so thoughtful and they really went the extra mile. Thank you will never be enough.

It’s an easy 5 stars from me! To say I am VERY impressed and satisfied with my experience is an understatement. Tracey and everyone on the Guardian Pet Cremation team are amazing! Everyone was so understanding, kind and compassionate. I was a complete wreck after having to euthanize my rescue hamster but the staff was still very welcoming and judgment free.They went above and beyond in every way possible to make a very difficult experience much easier. Not to mention the thought and care put went into every little detail with my little ones remains. It’s no secret that cremation services can be expensive, my friend paid almost $300 for everything for her hamsters cremation. Guardians prices are more than reasonable and have many options available. Not once did I get the impression that it was all about the money like other money motivated companies. Guardian treated you like family, their main concern is making a difficult time easier and honouring your wishes for your loved one. It was comforting to know that companies (and people) like Guardian Cremation Services still exist. Thank you !
E	Enyal McMillan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an amazing service. On one of the hardest days of my life they were compassionate and easy to contact even late at night when my cat passed. They were kind enough to come and gently collect his remains treating him with such respect. The choice of urns was very nice and the quality of the wooden box is very nice. Then they were wonderful and delivered his remains to us, with a condolence card. While I never wish for anyone to have to use such a service these are the people to come to if you need to. Thank you again, I know Fender is resting peacefully in part because of you.

Tracey along with her husband were so kind, professional, and helpful and provided the exact needed care at the right time. It was a Sunday of a long weekend and she was there when we needed her to help take care of our poor deceased cat. Thank you and if you are looking this up know that your loved critter will be in good hands and if you choose to have them sent back to you will be done beautifully and with all the kindness they are due. Could not recommend more!

I was given time to say my final goodbyes to my sweet girl without feeling pressured for time at all. The room was calm and warm. I appreciated the timeliness of the cremation and the cost was reasonable. I would recommend this service to anyone who is dealing with the death of a beloved pet.

Tracey earned my extreme gratitude on so many different levels that I can’t speak highly enough about the service she gave our family at a difficult time. Our family dog died on a Saturday and Tracey came in on a Sunday specially to look after her. Tracey has an amazing warm and genuinely empathetic demeanour. I wasn’t sure what to expect but the level of dignity offered was equal to what I would expect from any human funeral home. The remains were returned in a splendid and thoughtful container. Our large breed dog whom was a special member of our family had lost all quality of life and guardian was there to offer a dignified and compassionate at-home passing that was much less stressful to the alternative. The cost of their services was reasonable and the service they provide was priceless. While no one wants to be in the position to lose a fuzzy family member, Guardian will be my first call when the next time comes. Thank you so much!!!
