★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GTA Dance Floors allowed me to design my own floor which was so kind of them and made me so happy! I've had the same design used throughout my wedding so to be able to incorporate that into our dancefloor was the icing on the cake!
The floor was incredible quality, not slippery, and gave the hall an added extra umph! It helped transform the room!
I loved it so so much! Thank you GTA Dance Floor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend who happened to be the bride of the wedding was so stressed all night and I couldn’t understand why.. apparently this vendor was unresponsive and did not come on time to pick up the vinyl floor on the dance floor. She was going to pay a penalty .. I tried to comfort her as she contacted the vendor but after countless attempts there were no replies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went with GTA since they had the best pricing. The contract was easily arranged and we paid with etransfers. In terms of having the monogram made, it took several tries to get the vision that I wanted. Omid was very patient and he eventually did get it. The floor turned out beautifully! The floor was completed on time. There was some bubbles on the floor, but I read that it can happen and it wasn’t very noticeable. I did send several emails to confirm with the monogram because I was quite nervous based on the recent reviews. But in the end, they did deliver!!! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is extremely unprofessional, irresponsible and not responsive. DO NOT GO WITH THEM IF YOU EXPECT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE! It was a disaster dealing with them. I had to call them multiple times to follow up with a simple monogram design that they had promised me. "I will send you photos by the end of the day" - Hassan. After a week, I would follow up and he would tell me not to worry and that I am impatient - this happened on various occasions. The fact is, you promised me multiple times you would send something but force your clients to follow up and then patronize them. It got to the point where I was worried if they would show up to my wedding. As expected, they show up late to set up the floors and late to clean up. A lot of anxiety created to their clients and the wedding couple on their big day. Not something they need to be worrying about. As they were late, no one was left at the venue to receive the media wall that we had paid for and thus, has now been misplaced. They are not taking responsibility for this and mentioned that "being late is not a big deal". Now I lost the media wall that we had paid for and they asked us to go buy another one from them. Unbelievable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I regret not going with the venue's recommended vendor for vinyl floor. I was happy with GTA Dance Floor's price but in the end I paid for going with a vendor due to price. I approved the design of the monogram and would expect that that would be exactly what I see on the floor the day of my wedding. However, that is not what happened. Rather than writing the date "May 4, 2019" the date read "May 2019 , 4". My first question is- where in the world do they write the date like that? My second is, what happened between my approval of the design and the printing. And when someone made the mistake, where was the common sense to fix their own mistake by re-printing instead of just laying the floor (the day before when there was plenty of time to fix the error)? I spent a ton of money on my overall decor and you know what people noticed? The date on the floor. Besides the date being incorrect and not what I approved, there were bubbles all over the floor and they didn't cover it so while the rest of our wedding was set up, it was being walked on and scuffed before the wedding event started. To make matters worse, I was promised some kind of compensation and after multiple follow ups, seems they are just ignoring me now. Super unprofessional and poor quality of work! So disappointed!! Luckily this did not ruin the memory of my amazing wedding but it sure is a sore spot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. Just wow!!!! I really don't know what else to say. Everything was just perfect! I am extremely happy with how things looked. Also the customer service was excellent! The team at GTA Dance Floors really made it so simple and took care of everything! I will definitely be back for more floors for my other events!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used GTA Dance floor for our wedding this past weekend. We were impressed with the quality, price and the end result of the dance floor and backdrop. One thing to note, best way to communicate with GTA dance floor is through phone calls as they are VERY responsive. Email communication is a lot slower. Thank you Hassan and team, we highly recommend GTA Dance Floor.

They made things very simple and were always there any time we called. I truly wish I could put more than 5 stars. I would 1000000% recommend them. You will not regret it!!
