★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed $10 worth of parts that weighed next to nothing and Swiss Cargo wanted to charge me $20 to ship them to Upstate New York. I reached out to their customer service and they told me if I showed them a receipt for the carrier they would send me the parts without shipping. Nice gesture, but we could not find the old receipt so I wrote back and asked if we could figure out another arrangement and I heard nothing. So frustrating because it basically renders our carrier useless. I thought Swiss Cargo was going to make things right but they failed big time. :-(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bought one of their shelving units at walmart, inside is a note saying not to return to the store, visit their site for warranty parts. (Guess they often ship them out short pieces).. I was missing two support poles from the package. went to the site and they wanted me to pay more for shipping the two missing poles than the cost of the unit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to come to this company with semi truck and trailer donot take exit 43 of 35 highway which is 223 highway because there is a bridge of 4.0m on that so you have to take before exit 45 and follow boul industrial and then boul guoin till highway223 then take right by that you can able to skip 4.0m bridge

He sent them to me within a few days.....thank you so much Sebastien. As a senior, I can't just go spend money on a new one, so I am so happy that GSC helped me out. I wish all companies valued their customers like GSC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a joke!! Bought four of their shelving units at Rona to store boxes of books for sale. The product description said "Each shelf holds up to 200 lbs". I acquired it and stored 160 lbs of merchandise per shelf.
The following day all four shelving units had crumbled under the weight! The shelves were broken and bent and all the books I had stored in it were on the floor, a lot of them damaged.
This company refused to compensate me! I lost money. They refuse to acknowledge that their product is not as advertised!
