N	N. Fram on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw Dr Kinnear - I’ve never seen such a rude doctor IN MY LIFE. Extremely dismissive of all my issues and questions, argued with me over every last thing I said including why I came to see her, repeatedly told me there was nothing she could do and ridiculed me for even coming to see her. Extremely condescending and talked to me like I know nothing at all and I’m just some idiot loser wasting her precious time. The gist of the appointment was that I’m crazy to have even dared to come to see her. Such an embarrassing and frustrating experience for someone who is genuinely trying to seek knowledge and help. I meant no ill will, there’s no need to be so rude.

Very understanding, was able to explain step by step everything that would be happening, as well as the reasons behind her decisions. Excellent doctor and organization. I would highly recommend them to everyone - she is an expert in her field and quite professional! have felt more comfortable in her office than in any other doctors office I ever have gone to- realy made me feel like a human being, and allowed me to be part of my care plan.

To keep the explanation short; I have been battling with low testosterone for a couple years and dealing with the symptoms. I went to Dr. Grundy for help and received an effortless response. "your lack of testosterone is due to a supplement or steroid you might have taken, your testosterone will fix itself." (For the record I have not taken any kind of steroid or supplement in relation) Then my question to Dr. Grundy was "well what happens if it doesn't fix itself?" "Then I (Dr Grundy) will send you for an MRI." To which I explained that he could schedule one now and if my testosterone fixed itself then we could cancel the appointment. Dr. Grundy declined that idea explaining that he did not want to flood the MRI system with another erroneous appointment. So now I am left to live and deal with the issues for another couple months while I find another endocrinologist to send me for more tests to eventually do what Dr. Grundy was so inconvenienced to do. To anyone looking for someone to show concern or really narrow the root cause of something and fix the issue DO NOT SEE Dr. Grundy. Dr. Grundy is the type of Dr. that should have his designation taken away. He is the type of doctor that gives other doctors a bad name. STAY AWAY!

I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes in October of 2017, and he has been my Endocrinologist ever since. He is an amazing addition to my diabetic team, and is very dedicated to ensuring his patients receive the best care. Although our meetings are often short, he asks all the right questions, and ensures the response he receives is clear.

There was just a email to instruct me with medication adjustment. I asked to discuss my concerns with doctor for just 5mins on a phone consultation. No response so far.
M	Mimi I on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist I spoke to yesterday… wow. Very condescending and miserable lady. She misread and gave me wrong information. Then made it seem like I was in the wrong, and talked to me like I was a child. When I was questioning her about it, as I was very confused at the information I was receiving. Like any normal person who is confused. You try to understand the situation better. After we found out she got the information wrong. There was no apology or nothing. Cut and dry with some dazzle of attitude still. A joke. Please teach your staff professionalism, and basic customer service.
