★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quel service à la clientèle exécrable de la part de Andréanne Caron! j’ai appelé car j’ai achete pour 500 $ de cartes cadeaux mais leur application ne fonctionnait pas et au lieu de m’aider elle s’obstinait à me dire que celle-ci fonctionnait ! J’ai même envoyé un print screen ! Au lieu de me répondre par courriel , elle me disait de l’appeler !?! quelle perte de temps, d’argent! je n’irai plus jamais à leurs restaurants!!!! Bye bye les partys de noël la bas et les soupers avant spectacles ! Quand on ne sait pas traiter ses clients convenablement , c’est ce qui arrive ! après les propriétaires se demanderont pourquoi les affaires ne vont pas bien et qu’il y’a une baisse de clientèle ? c’est dû à ce genre d’employée qui se fout complètement des clients et qui n’a aucun concept de service à la clientèle ! Une autre millenial qui pense que tout lui ai du ???
What a terrible customer service from Andréanne Caron! I called because I bought for $ 500 of gift cards but their application did not work and instead of helping me she persisted in telling me that it worked! I even sent a print screen! La y continue veut tu un allongé ou double allongé
Un café normal esti s’pas compliqué ,
Je demande à voir le menu , y’en ont pas alors j’doit fouiller internet avec eux et y’ont pas de menu ou de prix pour le café !!
La y me serve et c’est 4.75 pour un café ,
Esti c’est écrit café sur une pancarte, dans leur fenêtre de commerce pis toute mais même sur leur menu internet y’a pas de menu pour le café !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beau restaurant, mais très cher pour les portions. J'ai commandé le Pok'ai. C'était excellent, mais l'assiette étant grosse comme ma main.. Nous avions encore faim après. Les entrées sont aussi grosse que les repas principaux, donc ça ne sert à rien de payer 16-18$ une assiette alors que pour 8-9$ tu as une entrée qui comprend la même quantité de nourriture ou presque.
Gens à grosse appétit soyez avisé.
Nice restaurant, but very expensive for portions. I ordered the Pok'ai. It was excellent, but the plate was big like my hand .. We were still hungry after. The starters are as big as the main meals, so there's no point paying $ 16-18 for a plate while for $ 8-9 you have an entree that includes the same amount of food or almost.
People with big appetite are advised.
