★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai parlé avec Alain Montminy et j’ai eu un super service! Pour un gars qui allait faire un petit achat, j’ai été traité comme un gros client. Il a prit le temps de comprendre mon projet et était en mode solution, même si j’étais à 5 min. de la fermeture. Je les recommande et ils seront les premiers que j’irai voir si j’ai d’autres besoins.
I spoke with Alain Montminy and I had a great service! For a guy who was going to make a small purchase, I was treated as a major customer. He took the time to understand my project and was in solution mode, even though I was 5 min. closing. I recommend them and they will be the first I'll see if I have other needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J ai fait une commande début juin après avoir parlé 2 fois avec la vendeuse pour faire une commande spécial, la vendeuse a mal fait la commande et j avais 5 semaines d attente. Après 5 semaines il a fallu recommander ce que je voulais mais avec encore 5 semaines d attente , quand la commande est arrivé je me faire dire encore que ma commande n'est pas encore complété il.manque 2 morceaux qu il avait sur ma première commande qui a disparu.....et pour la livraison assez ordinaire il livre sans dire quand et la date alors je suis arrivé chez moi après 3 jours d absence et il avait laissé pour 1300$ de matériaux sur le bord de la rue . Pour vous dire si vous trouvez le même produit dans un autre magasin allez y car le service n est pas dure à battre........
I placed an order at the beginning of June after speaking twice with the saleswoman to make a special order, the saleswoman placed the order incorrectly and I had 5 weeks to wait. After 5 weeks I had to recommend what I wanted but with another 5 weeks of waiting, when the order arrived I was again told that my order has not yet been completed there are 2 pieces missing that it had on my first order which disappeared ..... and for the rather ordinary delivery he delivers without saying when and the date so I arrived home after 3 days of absence and he had left for 1300 $ of materials on the edge of the street. To tell you if you find the same product in another store go there because the service is not hard to beat ........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Va bientôt fermer je l’espère, car donne un mauvais service et en plus on ne peux plus allez en salle pour acheter des retailles de plastique!!! Une vraie honte! Chez PolyAlto notre argent pue! Au Québec on est vraiment petit et insignifiant avec ce genre de commerce boiteux.
Will close soon I hope, because gives bad service and in addition we can no longer go to the room to buy plastic scraps!!! A real shame! At PolyAlto our money stinks! In Quebec we are really small and insignificant with this kind of lame business.
