★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, good price, nice stuff the only things one of the reason I move there it was the gym because they promess that the gym gonna open on decembre. We are on may and the gym did't open yet each month they said "it will open at the end of the current month" and that's since December.

We have to move because of work related factors, otherwise we would honestly not leave this place. 5 min away from the Terminus Longueuil / metro and 10 min walk straight to Vieux-Longueuil, it is a nice place to be. The administration is very good, they quickly solve any issue and are always very helpful. I don’t know about other people’s experiences, but ours was overall a good one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Those pictures are NOT the reality. Check out the lockers.... Filthy, dirty, mouldy disgusting buildings where they patch problems and paint everything to hide baaaad issues. Who cares about the access to the subway and what about the security? Believe me there are so many things going on around that area and inside the building and nobody will help you out with nothing. They access your place anytime they feel like it without anu reasons. Seriously stay away from this place. You will regret.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them to inquire about a residential rental and the lady was super rude. She didn’t even listen to what I was about say and was adamant on just call next week. You people may need to work on the customer service skills of such people who answer phones. Listen to what someone has to say. If you are busy, we all are so have some respect

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been living here for over a year and I’m very satisfied. When I have an issue, the maintenance team comes on the same day. People who are complaining about the noise are being very unreasonable; how do you expect renovations to go on without noise? I’m very happy here.
