★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ce soir, une roue avant s'est disloqué et ne tenait pas grand chose sur mon véhicule. J'ai contacté ce numéro et je n'ai que des bons mots à dire.
J'étais réticent en voyant la plateforme arriver, je pensais avoir contacté un towing "old style". Comme ma roue avant était sortie de son axe, j'avais peur que mettre mon véhicule sur une plateforme allait gravement abimer les dégâts.
Le remorqueur a été hyper professionnel. Il m'a expliqué d'une manière très claire ce qu'il s'apprêtait à faire, les risques que je devais accepter et les manœuvres que je devais faire en même temps à l'intérieur de mon véhicule. Grâce à son expérience et plusieurs de ses interventions sur ma roue disloqué, mon véhicule a été embarqué et débarqué de sa plateforme sans AUCUN dommage supplémentaire. Je n'aurais pas cru ça possible! Le gars était vraiment minutieux :)
J'aimerais donner 5 étoiles pour trois choses:
- Le professionnalisme, c'était vraiment un expert.
- Le coté humain. Mon remorqueur était vraiment quelqu'un qui faisait ressentir qu'il faisait tout son possible pour faire attention à mon véhicule par ses faits et gestes calculés. Mission réussi et merci à toi!
- L'après service. Tu m'as expliqué tout ce que le garagiste devait savoir lorsque je vais l'appeler. Je suis un ignorant dans la mécanique et tu m'a vulgarisé tout ça d'une manière très claire.
Je RECOMMANDE vivement ce remorqueur, j'ai eu le droit à un vrai pro!
Tonight, a front wheel dislocated and did not hold much on my vehicle. I contacted this number and I only have good words to say.
I was reluctant to see the platform arrive, I thought I had contacted an "old style" towing. As my front wheel was off its axle, I was afraid that putting my vehicle on a platform would seriously damage the damage.
The tug was super professional. He explained to me very clearly what he was about to do, the risks that I had to accept and the maneuvers that I had to do at the same time inside my vehicle. Thanks to his experience and several of his interventions on my dislocated wheel, my vehicle was loaded and unloaded from its platform without ANY additional damage. I would not have believed that possible! The guy was really careful :)
I would like to give 5 stars for three things:
- Professionalism was really an expert.
- The human side. My tug was really someone who made him feel that he was doing everything possible to pay attention to my vehicle by his calculated actions. Mission successful and thank you!
- After service. You explained to me everything the mechanic should know when I call him. I am ignorant in mechanics and you made it clear to me.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this tugboat, I had the right to a real pro!

Without my cell, I had a tow called by a police officer whom I intercepted. It cost me $ 25 more because the call came from a police officer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comme ils s'agissait du remorquage d'une corvette C3 de 1973, je souhaitais vraiment les plus experts des remorqueurs et je ne me suis pas trompé en faisant confiance à Laberge. "Caillou" a vraiment fait super attention et pris tout le temps necessaire pour la charger/décharger. Un grand merci!
Since they were the towing of a 1973 corvette C3, I really wanted the most expert of tugs and I was not mistaken in trusting Laberge. "Caillou" was really careful and took the time necessary to load / unload it. A big thank-you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je ne sais pas qui était le chauffeur flatbed à la sortie de Beloeil ce soir à 21h00, mais svp donnez-y un p'tit 2 jours de congé, agressif demême sur la route, il doit être à boutte et en a sûrement besoin. Je comprends que ce n'est pas un emploi facile, mais agir comme ça en public est un warning qu'il est à veille de tout pèter ou blesser qqn. Qu'il change d'emploi s'il est si malheureux chez vous
I don't know who the flatbed driver was at the exit of Beloeil this evening at 9:00 p.m., but please give him a little 2 days off, even aggressive on the road, he must be on edge and surely needs it. I understand that it is not an easy job, but acting like that in public is a warning that he is on the verge of farting or hurting someone. Let him change jobs if he's so unhappy with you
