Je stressais car j'avais perdu mes documents de police d'assurance et monsieur Amar fut ultra rapide dans ses réponses et il m'a rapidement renvoyé les documents nécessaires et ce un jeudi soir à 21h. Un énorme merci encore ! Je continuerai de faire avec vous très longtemps !!
Great customer service. I was stressed because I had lost my insurance policy documents and Mr. Amar was very quick in his responses and he quickly returned the necessary documents to me on Thursday evening at 9 p.m. A huge thank you again! I will continue to do with you for a very long time !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Group Conseil Amar Gouin inc. in October of 2019, I chose Allianz Global Assistance and it worked perfectly from the beginning to the end, in December of the same year. I had the chance to use the coverage once and I didn't have to pay for my doctor appointment, it was all covered. Recently, I had a personal situation, in which I required their help with a document, and Mr. Benoit Amar assisted me at the earliest possible, even if the contract was already over, which I personally believe makes a big difference in the way they treat their customers (even the old ones). I totally recommend them, and would choose them again if it's needed. Thank you.
