★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service moyen, personne à l'accueil ! Aucune infos et aucun bonjour à l'arrivé . Ce sont les gens qui attendaient qui m'ont dit de remplir le formulaire et qui m ont fournir un crayon car il en avait pas! Pas très chaleureux.

 Average service, person at the reception! No info and no hello on arrival. It was the people waiting who told me to fill out the form and who gave me a pencil because he had none! Not very warm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous sommes allés chez Bio Analyse afin de se faire vacciner avant de partir en voyage. Même si, tel que mentionné dans un autre commentaire, personne n'était à l'accueil à notre arrivée, nous avons vite réalisé que les deux personnes qui étaient présentes ce jour-là faisaient de leur mieux pour s'occuper des clients. Elles étaient courtoises et professionnelles. Nous avons été vaccinés seulement pour ce qui était nécessaire puis avons été très bien informés et conseillés en vue de notre voyage. Pour ce qui est des prix, je ne peux comparer avec d'autres cliniques puisque c'est la première fois que je débourse pour des vaccins. Je suis satisfaite de ma visite chez Bio Analyse et y retournerai sans hésiter si l'occasion se présente à nouveau.
We went to Bio Analysis to get vaccinated before going on a trip. Although, as mentioned in another review, no one was at the front desk when we arrived, we quickly realized that the two people who were there that day were doing their best to take care of the guests. They were courteous and professional. We were vaccinated only for what was needed then were very knowledgeable and advised for our trip. In terms of prices, I can not compare with other clinics since this is the first time I spend for vaccines. I am satisfied with my visit to Bio Analysis and will definitely return if the opportunity arises again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvaise expérience. Premièrement, pour un rendez-vous à 9h50, j'ai attendu (avec une dizaine d'autres clients) dans la salle d'attente jusqu'à 10h15. Il n'y avait d'ailleurs aucune personne à la réception pendant tout ce temps, nous nous demandions tous si nous étions au bon endroit, s'ils étaient ouverts, etc. Finalement, un membre du personnel s'es présenté et m'a enfin accueilli. Ensuite, les informations qui m'ont été données étaient vagues et je ne pouvais pas clairement savoir quels vaccins/médicaments je devais prendre, ils me laissaient le choix sans me vraiment me conseiller. Finalement, lorsque j'allais quitter, j'ai vérifié la facture et j'ai remarqué qu'ils avaient oublié de me remettre les pilules d'un vaccin oral, je ne les aurais pas eues si je ne les avais pas demandées. Cette mauvaise expérience n'était étonnamment pas terminée puisqu'une fois arrivé chez moi, j'ai réalisé qu'ils n'avaient rien inscrit dans mon carnet de vaccin, il n'avait pas été mis à jour.
Very bad experience. First, for an appointment at 9:50 a.m., I waited (with a dozen other customers) in the waiting room until 10:15 a.m. There was no one at reception all the time, we all wondered if we were in the right place, if they were open, etc. Finally, a member of staff introduced himself and finally greeted me. Then, the information that was given to me was vague and I could not clearly know which vaccines / drugs I should take, they left me the choice without really advising me. Finally, when I was going to leave, I checked the bill and noticed that they had forgotten to give me the pills for an oral vaccine, I would not have had them if I had not asked for them. This bad experience was surprisingly not over since once I arrived at my house, I realized that they had not written anything in my vaccine notebook, it had not been updated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’y vais tout le temps pour ma prise de sang pour mes analyses de laboratoire annuelle c’est très pratique et pas d’attente .cette fois j’y étais pour une consultation en santé voyage pour mon voyage et comme d’habitude un service impeccable j’ai fait une mise à jours de mon carnet de vaccination et la veille de mon départ je y suis retournée pour mon test COVID-19 PCR et j’ai reçu mes résultats en fin de soirée .Merci pour votre gentillesse et vos services j’apprécie le fait de faire plusieurs services dans le même endroit
I go there all the time for my blood test for my annual lab tests it's very convenient and no waiting. this time I was there for a travel health consultation for my trip and as usual a impeccable service I updated my vaccination record and the day before my departure I went back there for my COVID-19 PCR test and I received my results at the end of the evening. Thank you for your kindness and your services I appreciate the fact of doing several services in the same place
