Unlike other agencies that jerk you around and tell you what you want to hear Grizzly delivers. Due namely to the amazing people who run the service. They are kind, hard working and will go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of. Payment is made by direct deposit never late, always in full. The guys that came up with this app are genius, this is bar none the best way to find work in Vancouver. If I could give you 8 star rating I would... Thanks guys for everything.

I had a 5 star rating and had been complimented about the work I had done and after missing one shift because I had to go back to my original job site, they permanently banned me. I had communicated and let them know exactly what happened and was misinformed. I also have an amazing attendance record at work over the years apparently this does not matter. I do not recommend them or the information they provide.

H	Hot Head on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not work for Grizzly but have worked with their Temps recently at a jobsite and I have to say for Temps making $20 an hour compared to us at minimum wage, all they do is stand around and talk, don't like physical work, use the washroom constantly and have caught them on their phone just standing in the washroom multiple times. They take up to 40 minute coffee breaks (on a 15 minute break). The jobsite where I work is completely sick of them and the fact these Temps barely lift a finger to work and the supervisors are constantly having to tell them off. A few have even been banned from the site but keep showing up somehow. Grizzly you need to seriously vet your Temps better.

M	Marshall Magsam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend of mine worked for grizzly force for a few years now and has an issue with not getting paid this time. The reason he worked for them is getting paid in one day. As you can see from pictures it's going on 3 days now. I worked for them one shift and couldn't handle the text messages threatening suspension if I was late to my shift. Grizzly chastised my friend a couple times by text message couple times trying to make him feel shame. Makes me wonder who is on the other end of text. Meanwhile, I've been at work 30 minutes already. The jobs aren't bad. In fact, as strong as grizzly force comes across they don't have any positions for shift work. My friend got this text now. It looks like punishment to me. They violating their own policy. Please look at pictures.
K	K Kingò Banner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sent me 2 Indian girls and Indian guy, all they did is complain, they don’t fallow simple instruction, after a few days all 3 of them faked an injury at the same time to get comp. I haven’t had an injury comp claim in over 15years.

The company I worked for made me feel like family that I had to go back for the second time. The second time I got lost n missed 20 minutes and the manager was so lenient?? because he knew how much of a hard worker I was and that I’d deliver more than the wasted 20 minutes. The third time I wanted to work for them, the company canceled on me like one hour to start time and grizzly paid for my time and transport and apologized on the company’s behalf. It is so nice to see that they care about their employees and employers and I’d definitely recommend. I can’t wait to book my next gig. I also love that they pay my tax yepee.
